Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date will incur a 1-night cancellation fee. Balance of Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full deposit of one-night tariff will be charged on booking and balance 1 day prior to arrival.

PEAK PERIODS – School holidays

Bookings cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival will incur a 1-night cancellation fee.

Payment for Accommodation will be charged one day Prior to Arrival.

If cancelled or modified later than 30 days prior to arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

Please note that Pandanus Mooloolaba enforces a Strict No Party or Excess Noise Policy and reserves the right to evict guests.
